relative terms we are still a 'small' company. Yet we
supply more premium quality tyre changers and balancers
than anyone else in the industry without cutting any
corners. So how do we do it? Well this is what we like

The ‘H’ Factor
is all about our approach to business, and it
never ceases to amaze us how like-minded our
customers are. We believe in an old-fashioned
style of customer service and a traditional build
quality for our products. This has been a proven
formula for success - defying the general consensus
of opinion from many in our industry that there
is no place for traditionalists such as ourselves
due to severe competion from China and the strengthening
of the euro.
We do not manufacture any machines or use any components from the Far East (and
if any of our competitors tell you otherwise then they are lying, and our lawyers
would be very pleased to talk to them). Reducing the cost of production can only
reduce the quality, and we are simply not prepared to do that.
We employ a full time PDI engineer who does nothing else but build machines and
test them in our own workshop before being released to an engineer for installation.
Also, our installation and training programs are carried out by our own, factory
trained equipment specialists who, equipped with tail lift vehicles, deliver
and install in one smooth operation. These individuals are, in our opinion, the
best calibre our industry has to offer. Certainly employing quality people does
not come cheap, but this can make the difference between someone just ‘carrying
out their job’ and going that extra mile for you when you really need prompt,
first class support.
We do not employ salesmen. All of our external team are predominantly of an engineering
and tyre fitting background. This ensures you get honest, expert advice and support.
Ultimately, our whole ethos is about doing the job properly. And we find that
our customers share that approach to business. If you are the type of person
that is prepared to pay that little bit extra becuase you know that, in doing
so, you get it back time and time again by way of quality product, long term
reliability and personal, knowledgeable support then, quite simply, you too have ‘The
