The 'Syncro' version of what is probably our all-time favourite lift
Using exactly the same twin-motor and PLC principle of the C3.2 Syncro, the triple stage arms and increased lifting capacity enable maximum scope for both short (where the pick-up points are close together) and long (where they are far apart) applications, and the sheer engineering supremacy means that even larger vehicles feel reassuringly safe on this lift.
Also available as C4XL Syncro version with wider distance between the columns.
Whilst this lift is no more expensive than many of the so called 'big brand' baseless lifts, there is absolutely no question that it outshines all of them for engineering ingenuity, simplicity and cost of ownership.
All Cascos Syncro lifts now include the game-changing ILC (Intelligent Lift Control) unit as standard, giving the owner a totally new concept of 'management' of their 2 Post Lift.
Slendertec Lifting Columns
Our ‘SlenderTec’ columns are made from rolled, solid steel profiles as opposed to folded sheets of steel as used on our competitors’ lifts. This not only provides up to 60% more strength, but also allows us to have a slimmer column, meaning maximum width between the columns whilst maintain a minimum overall footprint of the lift. On first glance, customers often remark that our Cascos Lifts looks ‘skinny’. They’d be right, but this has nothing to do with lack of strength or build quality, completely the opposite in fact. It is a more expensive method of production, but far more practical and, in plain engineering terms, far more logical than the cheaper option of folded steel sheet.
Bi-directional Loading of Vehicle
The SlenderTec columns enable Cascos lifts to feature symmetric lifting arms as opposed to asymmetric (where the vehicle is offset to allow door opening access, with a Cascos lift this access isn’t a problem). This means that you can drive on or reverse on, it makes no difference.
Quick Release Lifting Pads included
Unlike most other brands, whereby you are forced to purchase additional lifting pads for vehicles which require a higher reach, the C4XL comes as standard with 2 sets (standard and high) of our unique quick release lifting pads. This design does away with that laborious task of winding something all the way out only to have to wind the alternative all the way in.
Included as standard, all 2 post lifts are supplied with:
• Tool Trays
• Rubber protections on columns for safe door opening
• Arm safety locks, via spindle rod, offer more positioning possibilities under the vehicle
• Spindle protection to avoid the operator getting dirty when touching the post.
This baseless version uses the unique Cascos PLC system. This system is far more reliable than cable or PCB synchronisation methods, and allows our lift to either be used with an adjustable overhead gantry or under the floor for complete freedom of floor or overhead obstructions.
