The Luxus HML85 is a Commercial Vehicle column lift system, boasting an 8,500kg capacity per column. Each column is battery-powered (rechargeable from any standard 3-pin 230V socket), cable-free and highly manoeuvrable, thanks to a hydraulic pallet truck style wheel unit. Capable of being configured in 2 to 16 column systems, this lifting solution is incredibly versatile making the challenge of lifting most vehicles a simple operation for workshops across the UK. Synchronised lifting can be controlled from any column, with each being capable of operating as a master, or slave unit. An advanced auto-speed system ensures optimal column synchronization and a unique cushioning technology limits column shake and rock during operation. The system also offers the flexibility to lift vehicles with smaller wheels, e.g. LCV’s, thanks to adjustable lifting forks.
Luxus lifts prioritise build quality and safety over marketing trends. The HML85 uses thick steel, high-quality welds, and reliable premium components. Each column includes hydraulic check valves to prevent sudden drops if leaks or damage occur; automatic locking hooks with an electromagnetic release are positioned every 3cm.

KEY FEATURES

• A pressure relief valve prevents damage to the hydraulic cylinder, pump and structure if the load is higher than the 8,500kg lift capacity
• There is a main switch and emergency stop button on each column
• The system will stop if a height difference of 50mm is detected between columns
• An optical and acoustic signal operates during descent
• Ability to lower a vehicle in the event of a power failure via a hand pump
